Bumble's Backyard is a membership-based dog park. Day passes, month passes and annual memberships are available for your pup. Memberships are for your dog; humans are always free! Selling memberships allows us to pay our incredible Barktenders, maintain our state-of-the-art turf, and more.

Safety for pups and humans is our top priority, so there are a few steps you'll need to take to make sure your pup is ready to visit.

What do I need to do before my dog can play?

All dogs must be up-to-date on their Rabies, Bordetella, and Distemper vaccines. We must see proof of current vaccines to allow them to play. You can bring vet records with you to the park for your first visit or upload them into our membership platform (instructions available below). Dogs who are one year or older must be spayed or neutered.
If your dog meets these criteria, you can click the "Join the Pack" button to start setting up your profile on our membership platform Gingr. Scroll down on this page for a helpful guide on how to set up your account.
Once you have set up your account, you can purchase a day pass or membership in the Gingr portal. You can also buy a day pass or membership at the check-in window at Bumble's Backyard.
When you arrive for your first visit, your dog will undergo a brief temperament test before we let them into the main park area.
Once your dog's profile is set up and they have completed their temperament test, entering Bumble's Backyard will be easy-peasy for your following visits!

Day Pass

Good for a full day of fun at Bumble's Backyard! To purchase a day pass in Gingr, navigate to "Shop" and then "Shop Packages." You can also buy them at Bumble's Backyard.

For one dog: $15 + tax

Additional dogs are $5 each, up to three dogs

1-Month Pass

Good for 30 days of fun at Bumble's Backyard! You can buy a pass for a single month or however many months you'd like. You can also set it up as a subscription that renews every month (you can cancel anytime). To purchase a month pass in Gingr, navigate to "Shop" and then "Shop Subscriptions."

For one dog: $50 + tax

Additional dogs are $10 each, up to three dogs

Annual Membership

Paid monthly: $37.50 + tax

Paid yearly: $450 + tax

Additional dogs are $50 each, up to 3 dogs

Annual memberships billed monthly must be paid for the full 12 months.

How to set up your Gingr account and purchase a pass or membership

First, click the "Join the Pack" button on this webpage. You'll be directed to our membership portal, Gingr. Click "Sign Up" if you've never created an account before. Click "Reset Password" if you have an account partially set up. Your account has already been started if you purchased something in our membership presale, you won a freebie or giveaway for a day pass or membership, or you had a staff member help you set up an account on your first visit to Bumble's Backyard. You can reset your password and then log in with your new password and the email used to create your account (the email you bought a membership with, or provided us at check-in, etc.).

If you are signing up for the first time, you will fill out a form asking for your information and a form asking for your dog's information. Note: The owner form asks for a debit/credit card entry. This is required by our system; you will not be charged for anything unless you buy a day pass or membership.

If you had a partially created account and are logging in for the first time, please fill in the missing information on the owner and dog forms by going to "Account" and then "Manage Profiles."

Once you have gotten into the portal, you can upload vaccine records for your pup. We require pups to be vaccinated for Rabies, Distemper, and Bordetella. Please make sure the records show the expiration dates for the vaccines, not just the day your pup received the vaccines.

To upload vaccine records, go to "Account" and then "Upload Records." You can upload an image or a PDF.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Your dog's profile will still say that they have expired vaccines after you upload their files. This is because a staff member has to review the files you uploaded and manually enter the expiration dates for your dog's vaccines. If your dog's vaccines haven't been updated by the time you visit, we will review them at the check-in window. As long as you have uploaded vet records with the correct vaccines, your pup will be all set to play.

Now it's time to purchase a day pass, month pass, or annual membership for your pup! Head to the "Shop" section of your Gingr account. Then, click "Shop Packages" if you want to buy a day pass or "Shop Subscriptions" if you want to buy a month pass. We are also happy to sell you a pass or membership at the check-in window at Bumble's Backyard if you don't want to buy one in Gingr. IMPORTANT NOTE: If you have used Gingr for dog daycares or groomers, you may have used the "Book" section to schedule an appointment. We do not use the "Book" page; head to the "Shop" page to make a purchase. If you buy a day pass, it is good until you come visit. You won't need to schedule a specific day/time to use your day pass.
